Where can I ship my order?

We currently ship all over Bangladesh. Whether you are inside Dhaka or in a remote area, our trusted courier partners ensure your package reaches you safely.

Please note that to ensure maximum trust and transparency, we currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD) only. You simply pay the delivery agent when you receive your product in hand.

What payment methods do you accept?

Currently, we only accept Cash on Delivery (COD). You don't need to make any advance payment; just pay the total amount when the delivery man brings your order.

How much is the delivery charge?

  • Inside Dhaka: 60 BDT

  • Outside Dhaka: 120 BDT 

How long will it take to get my order?

  • Inside Dhaka: You will receive your product within 24-48 hours.

  • Outside Dhaka: It usually takes 3-5 business days depending on your location.

Can I check the product before payment?

Yes, we strongly encourage you to check the product in front of the delivery man. If you find any issues, you can return it instantly.
